We went camping in the Uintahs at Washington lake on the Mirror lake scenic pathway in July,

wish we could have gone one more time before it go cold, but oh well

we both enjoyed the evening and each other.

2 months old

Our Angel is 2 months old! She has grown way too fast, but we love her more every second!

She loves to eat her fists and is drooling tons.

She weighs 12lbs 3 oz and is 24.5 in long!

She's a doll to take care, but would you expect less? She's my child!! Lol

I love to kiss her cheeks all day and I love being a mother!

Lily Marie Wood

9lbs 2oz, 20 in

I went in on May 20 for an induction, after having cervical ripeners in me for 12 hours, i was

started on Pitocin. I labored for another 12 hours and still only dilated to a 2 and was 80% effaced.

Lily was pretty comfortable in my warm womb, there were no signs of distress, but my midwife said it was time to consider other options since i was obviously not progressing like we wanted to be.

So in comes Dr. Ward to help my midwife Laura Zaugg with my C-section and Lily was born screaming at 8:28pm. I had a hard time recovering from all the epidural drugs, it made my face swell a bit, lost my ability to 'feel' swallowing, and was numb from the chest down! Weird feeling to have all that going plus hormones, but hey, i made it through it and Lily is perfect in every way!

It is go time, unfortunately baby Lily is not ready to come yet! I am dilated a little over a 1 but not enough for my Midwife to do anything to help me.  So we are scheduled for an induction on  Sunday night to have her on Monday sometime!  Here's hoping!
